If you need to reschedule your booking, you will need to notify a member of our friendly team ASAP who will assist you with your options. In some cases, we will inform you how we can still complete the work if nobody is going to be home on the agreed date. Don’t worry, we will also let you know how you can still have the peace of mind the work has been completed to your satisfaction.

Another option, if you require your booking to be rescheduled is, we would happily inform you of our upcoming availability and do our very best to schedule your new appointment sooner rather than later at a time which is suitable for you.

We understand in some cases that inconveniences can happen overnight, however, if you feel you may need to reschedule an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. We may be able to reschedule your new appointment in a matter of days rather than weeks.
