Refund and Returns Policy for ushade.co.uk
At ushade.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us at support@ushade.co.uk to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and once we receive it, we will ship the new product to you.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@ushade.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and once we receive it, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
